Hyattsville Family Outreach: Center for Single Parents & Their Children
My choice to focus my capstone project on helping single parents and their children stemmed from my own personal experience. I was a child of a single parent household growing up and seeing the rising data for this household type reminded me of the hardships everyone in my family had to get through to be where we are today.

Using my skills in interior design to help these families, I created the Hyattsville Family Outreach: Center for Single Parents & Their Children, a safe and welcoming environment that makes the transition to a single parent household easier for each individual involved.
