Interior + Spatial Design

Interior and spatial design drives my work through its ability to merge creativity with purposeful function. I am drawn to the way thoughtfully designed environments can shape human experience, influencing how individuals feel, interact, and move within space. Design, for me, is not only a visual practice but a tool to enhance well- being and create meaningful connections between people and their surroundings.

As a designer, I approach each project with curiosity and intention. I value research, experimentation, and attention to detail as essential parts of my process, allowing ideas to evolve into refined and cohesive solutions. I am particularly interested in how elements such as color, materiality, and spatial organization can be used to create balance and clarity while maintaining a strong sense of identity within a space.

Through my work, I aim to transform interiors into experiences that are both purposeful and exciting. I am interested in how design can quietly shape everyday life, creating spaces that feel considered, responsive, and deeply connected to those who occupy them.

US Department of Veterans Affairs
For this project, I focused on the VA Hospital and identified the need to develop a new, functional prosthetics wing that better serves both patients and staff. I concentrated on designing a space that enhances operational efficiency while creating a supportive and comfortable environment for veterans. The concept emphasizes accessibility, functionality, and well-being, translating these priorities into a thoughtfully organized physical space that strengthens patient experience, staff workflow, and overall care delivery.

Hotel TEN

This hospitality project explores the design of a boutique hotel inspired by the culture of Japan. Working collaboratively as a group, we developed a cohesive concept rooted in Japanese mythology, using deities, or kami, as the foundation for each space within the hotel. Through individual research, each area was thoughtfully associated with a specific god or goddess, allowing for a diverse yet unified design narrative. The result is an environment that blends cultural storytelling with hospitality, creating a unique guest experience.
