The Future of Office Design
As a designer, I believe that functionality and building relationships are at the forefront of any successful design. With hybrid work becoming more and more prominent in the workforce, many companies are looking to increase collaboration and team engagement with return-to-the-office initiatives that require creative solutions. The goal of this office design focuses on the human experience and overall wellness in the workplace. Through my research, I’ve learned about fundamental concepts that attract employees to the workplace and reflect modern-day working practices. By using core design skills, I created a functional space that will enhance the connection between the built environment and employee well-being, to transform what we know as “a place of work”, to become “a place of purpose.”
